Radspace (RAD) White Paper

Version 1.0

1. Abstract

Radspace is a crypto-native treasury deployed on BNB Smart Chain.
It issues a token, RAD, whose initial supply is minted at launch and allocated to a public treasury wallet.

The treasury is used to acquire advertising and media space across digital and physical channels.
All treasury activity is publicly observable on-chain.

Radspace does not promise yield, dividends, or profit participation.
It is an experiment in transparent, on-chain media buying and attention deployment.

2. Problem Statement

Advertising has crowded the public space. Radspace takes over an advertising medium and replaces it with something beautiful, thought provoking or empty space.

3. Solution Overview

Radspace is a tokenized treasury:

  • Initial supply token minted at deployment

  • Treasury wallet holds the entire supply at launch

  • Treasury deploys capital to purchase advertising space

  • Media spend and outcomes are documented publicly

Radspace prioritizes execution and visibility, not financial engineering.

4. Token Economics

4.1 Token Details

  • Name: Radspace

  • Symbol: RAD

  • Chain: BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20)

  • Decimals: 18

4.2 Supply

  • Initial Supply Minted at Deployment: 100,000,000 RAD

  • Supply Type: The initial supply is minted at deployment. The contract allows for future minting unless an irreversible cap is later applied.

  • Ongoing Emissions: None scheduled

4.3 Initial Mint

  • 100% of the initial total supply is minted in the contract constructor

  • Mint destination is the treasury wallet address, supplied at deployment

  • No vesting schedules

  • No unlock mechanics

5. Technical Specification

5.1 Contract Design

  • Mainnet-ready Solidity contract

  • No proxy pattern

  • No upgrade hooks

  • Behavior fixed at deployment

Final contract file archived as:
Radspace_Mainnet_FINAL.sol

5.2 Minting Mechanics

  • Initial supply minted in constructor

  • Contract owner retains mint permissions

  • No further minting planned

Any additional minting, if ever executed, would be fully visible on-chain.

5.3 Supply Cap

  • Supply is not capped at deployment

  • Contract includes an optional, irreversible cap function

  • Cap is not intended to be invoked at launch

If invoked, the cap permanently prevents further minting.

6. Treasury Mandate

The Radspace treasury exists for a single purpose:

To acquire advertising space.

Permitted treasury activities may include:

  • Digital advertising placements

  • Physical advertising (billboards, signage, installations)

  • Sponsorships and media partnerships

  • Creative production and meme-native distribution

  • Experimental or unconventional media buys

The treasury is not intended for:

  • Yield generation

  • Financial arbitrage

  • Guaranteed token buybacks

  • Revenue distribution

Radspace is an engine for changing spaces, not a financial product.

7. Governance & Control

7.1 Founder Control at Launch

Radspace launches under founder-controlled governance to allow:

  • Rapid execution

  • Cohesive creative direction

  • Efficient capital deployment

7.2 Ownership Structure

  • Contract ownership resides with the founder at launch

  • Ownership may later be transferred to:

    • A multi-signature wallet

    • A governance board

    • Other control structures (to be determined)

No timeline or obligation is imposed.

8. Wallet Architecture

To reduce operational risk and improve transparency:

  • Owner / Deployer Wallet

    • Hardware wallet

    • Used only for ownership actions

  • Treasury Wallet

    • Fresh MetaMask account

    • Clean transaction history

    • Sole purpose: advertising and media spend

  • Operational / Test Wallets

    • Fully separated

    • No treasury access

9. Transparency & Disclosure

Radspace emphasizes radical transparency:

  • Treasury wallet address publicly disclosed

  • All transactions viewable on BNB Smart Chain explorers

  • Advertising purchases documented publicly

  • Creative outputs archived where possible

  • Failures disclosed alongside successes

Transparency is treated as a core feature, not an afterthought.

10. Risk Factors

Radspace is experimental and involves significant risk, including but not limited to:

  • No guarantee of token value appreciation

  • Founder discretion in treasury deployment

  • Advertising inefficiency or failure

  • Platform policy changes or censorship

  • Market volatility and speculation

Participants should assume total loss is possible.

11. Legal Disclaimer

Radspace and the RAD token:

  • Do not represent equity or ownership

  • Do not confer revenue or profit rights

  • Are not a promise of financial return

  • Are not a DAO at launch

RAD tokens are intended for participation in a transparent advertising experiment and nothing more.

12. Vision

Billboards with art and breaks of silence during sports games. Imagine a highway billboard with classic art work, a side of the building featuring a modern local artist, an athletes clothing a stylish color rather than being crowded with logos, or relaxing music during breaks in a sports game.
